How Do We Fulfill Your Order With Quality?
1. Order Processing
This is the basis of production. Efficient order processing involves material BOM engineering, PMC verifying and purchasing in a timely manner. In light of ISO13485 and 23+ years experience, we’ve built up SOP for the whole production flows which help to minimize errors, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
2. Production Preparation
Before production, we will purchase all necessary materials from upstream suppliers. Then IQC (Incoming Quality Control) will inspect all incoming materials to ensure it meets the required quality standards. This involves inspecting and testing to make production runs smoothly and efficiently, resulting in high-quality products.
3. Production - Assembly
When all materials are ready and initial sample confirmed, massive production will be carried out in the assembly line. Skilled workers and automated systems will meticulously assemble the components and parts, with IPQC quality checks at various stages.
4. Production - Packaging
Labeling and packaging is another crucial step to ensures the product’s quality. The labeling process involves applying necessary branding, instructions, and regulatory information. The packaging stage involves carefully enclosing the product in protective materials to safeguard its integrity during transport and storage.
5. Warehousing & Shipping
After OQC check, the finished product will be carefully packaged and stored in the warehouse until it is ready for shipment. The warehouse team will ensure the products are kept in the appropriate environmental conditions to maintain their quality.
